Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Within Ukraine

Delivery of orders within Ukraine is carried out by the courier service “Nova Poshta.”

The shipping cost is paid by the recipient according to the carrier’s tariffs.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a message from Nova Poshta with your tracking number. 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta / Nova Poshta.

We deliver worldwide except to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, and Syria.

The estimated delivery time for international orders is 4–14 days. We are not responsible for customs delays. For more detailed information, please contact us.

The cost of international shipping must be paid before shipment in accordance with the tariffs of the delivery service.

Shipping costs do not include customs clearance fees. Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges required for customs clearance upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
