Terms

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality are carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order. Exchange and return are possible provided that the specified item has not been used, its original appearance, consumer properties, and original packaging have been preserved, and a document confirming the purchase is available.

We do not accept returns of items that do not comply with our return policy. Such items will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds for returned goods are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

Procedure

Within Ukraine, exchange or return of goods can be carried out via the courier service "Nova Poshta". In this case, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
