When you place a preorder, the item is reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. The full amount is charged at the time the order is placed.

Exchanges and returns of products of proper quality are possible within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product has not been used, retains its original appearance and consumer properties, and includes all seals, factory tags, and original packaging, as well as a document confirming the purchase.

The cost of shipping the item back is covered by the sender (the customer).

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
