We want you to look and feel your best with your BAGSMINI. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we can offer you a full refund or an exchange. Each query is handled on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, you must follow the process below and your BAGSMINI must be:
How many days do I have to return my order?
You can return or exchange BAGSMINI within 14 days from the day you have received your package.
How long will it take to get my refund?
If we are not able to send your purchase due to defects or shortage of that product, we will issue a refund within 5 days of confirming your refund approval. If your order was delivered to you, we will issue a refund within 5 days after we receive your package.
Are all items refundable?
No. Gift cards and customized orders are non-refundable. Shipping costs, customs duties and destination taxes are also non-refundable.
How can I apply for a refund?
Step 1. Send an email to admin@bagsmini.com with "Refund" in the subject line.
Step 2. Send us photos of your item from different angles in the email.
Step 3. Our team will review and respond to your refund request within 3 days. Should your request be approved, we will send you the address where you can return your order. If your order has not yet been shipped to you, we will issue a refund within 5 days of approving your request. If your order was delivered to you, we will issue a refund within 5 days after we receive your package.
Step 4. Prepare your package with all the required components. Make sure you choose a shipping method that has an international tracking number. We do not cover the shipping costs to return an item.
